My only complaint might be my own fault, but the dimensions I ordered were 1.5 by 5 inches long roughly, and the one handle in the middle makes it tricky to get an even press all the way across. I almost think this would work better with 2 handles or a wider handle or no handle, but I got exactly what I ordered and I’m very happy with it. The letters in the middle are not showing up when I stamp it, so I’ll have to play with it to get it to work. The stamp has crisp, clean letters and nothing was cut off. They were very helpful in working with me to get the dimensions and logo to fit. Overall, very pleased! Thank you I’ll be back for more!

How should I submit my logo or design for a personalized stamp or embosser?
Send your logo or design via Etsy messenger or email designs@lavenacreativeco.com. Images must be provided as a high-resolution, fully black and white .jpeg, .pdf, .ai, .svg or .png.
If you made your design in Canva, please provide a link to your artboard instead!

Does my purchase include an ink pad?
Ink pads are sold separately. We offer a variety of sizes and colors. You can purchase your ink pads separately to match your stamping needs!

How do I clean my custom rubber stamp?
Press your rubber stamp lightly onto a piece of scratch paper until the impression starts to fade.

Hint: Whichever option you choose, just make sure not to submerge your custom stamp in water.
How do I use my custom stamp?
Make sure you're stamping on a flat, hard, and smooth surface. Avoid stamping on stacks of envelopes or papers.
1. Turn your stamp over in one hand so you can see the rubber. With your other hand, turn your ink pad upside down.
2. Tap the ink pad onto your rubber stamp so you can see where the ink is going.
3. Once the ink is evenly distributed, put your ink pad down and gently press your stamp onto the stamping surface.
Ta-da! That's it!
Hint: Never press your stamp onto the ink pad. This can put ink in places you don't want it!
Will I receive a proof before my order is made?

• Once I receive your order, a proof will be sent within 24 hours (or sooner) to the email address associated with your Etsy account.

What types of images or designs can I use on my custom stamps?
Any images that you send to Lavena Creative Co. for reproduction must be your photo, drawing, or design. We will not reproduce any images without permission from the owner. Images sent through e-mail or uploaded to this website are assumed to be the property of the sender.
When will my order ship and be delievered?
Please check the "Announcements" section at the top of our shop page for details— including our current production time, rush order service information, and more.
If a sale starts after I place my order, will you refund me the difference?
The price you pay is determined by the item's cost at the moment you place your order. This means that if the item goes on sale for 20% off after your purchase, we don't retroactively refund previous customers for that discount.
What if my package is stolen or delayed/lost in traffic?
Lavena Creative Co. is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen — all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your order over to the shipping carrier, it's their responsibility to deliver the item. Please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages.
If you suspect mail theft, we recommend obtaining the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.
